In 1971, the enterprise was founded, initially named the 3rd Workshop of Kanxi Commune Agricultural Machinery Parts Factory.
In 1977, the glow plug project was successfully developed and officially put into production
In 1981, it was renamed Cixi County Glow Plug Factory
In 1985, we signed an alternator technology transfer agreement with Shanghai No.2 Automotive Motor Factory and assigned over 60 employees to Shanghai for training and study, launching a cooperative development project of alternators.
In 1986, the JF series alternators were successfully trial-produced and officially put into production.
In 1989, it co-hosted the "Establishment of the Spark Plug (Glow Plug) Study Group and the First Academic Exchange Conference" with the Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines and the China Association of Automotive Engineers.
In 1991, the JF131A alternator was rated as a high-quality product by the Ministry of Machinery and Electrical Department.
In 1993, the starter production building, metalworking workshop, and equipment tooling and mold workshop were completed.
In 1993, a technical transformation project for an annual output of 300,000 starters was launched with a total investment of 10 million yuan. The Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Cixi Municipal Party Committee, Mayor and Vice Mayor of Cixi visited the factory for inspection.
In 1993, the rapid glow plug product passed the ministerial-level technical appraisal.
In 2000, the company obtained ISO9002 quality management system certification.
In 2004, the office building was completed
In 2005, the company successfully developed the 6.6kW series planetary starter motor, marking the first successful development in domestic. It also obtained 7 national patents.
In 2008, the company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise
In 2009, the enterprise's output value exceeded 100 million yuan and was rated as a "Growth-Potential Enterprise" of Cixi City.
In 2012, the QDJ2508L and QDJ1408GM planetary starter motors were respectively approved as "National Key New Products" by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
In 2014, the company passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification
In 2020, on the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Motor & Electrical Appliances Branch of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, the enterprise was awarded the title of "Benchmark Enterprise in China's Internal Combustion Engine Motor, Electrical Appliance and Electronics Industry", and Chairman Shi Jianxin was honored with the title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur in China's Internal Combustion Engine Motor, Electrical Appliance and Electronics Industry".
